In order for your event registration to be completed, payment transactions must be made according to the following installment plan. is made:

1st Installment: As a first step for your registration confirmation, you must make a down payment of 100 Euros. This payment is important to confirm your place.
2nd Installment – ​​July 1st: On this date, half of the remaining amount will be paid after deducting 100 Euros from your total fee.
3rd Installment – ​​August 1st: The remaining half will be collected as a final payment.

The following refund conditions apply to our participants who registered for the Festa del Tango Maraton Bodrum event in case of possible cancellation:

Until July 1: Your initial payment (100 Euros) will be refunded.
Between July 1 and August 1: 50% of your total payment will be refunded.
After August 1st (after the last payment): 400 Euros will be deducted from your total fee, the remaining amount will be refunded.
