To complete your event registration, payment transactions are made according to the following installment plan:

1st Installment: As the first step to confirm your registration, you need to make a €100 down payment. This payment is important to secure your place.
2nd Installment – ​​January 15, 2026: On this date, half of the remaining amount will be paid after €100 is deducted from your total fee.
3rd Installment – ​​February 15, 2026: The remaining half will be collected as the final payment.

For participants who have registered for the Festa del Tango Marathon Bodrum event, the following refund conditions apply in case of cancellation:

Until January 15th: Your initial payment (100 Euros) will be refunded.
Between January 15th and February 15th: 50% of your total payment will be refunded.
After February 15th (after the last payment): 25% of your total fee will be refunded.
